Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

• You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

• Domestic Shipping: We partner with Shiprocket to provide reliable, fast, and secure delivery across India. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Estimated Delivery: Standard domestic delivery typically takes 4 to 7 days, depending on your exact location.

Order Tracking

• Once your silk-blend saree has been dispatched from our Varanasi location, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number.

• Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active in the courier's system.

Damages and Issues

• We inspect every piece carefully before it leaves our facility. However, in the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the item’s condition. We will work closely with our logistics partners to resolve the issue promptly.
