Thank you for shopping with us! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Window

You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Your receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Sale or clearance items (marked as final sale)
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team at pratyushsinghi6329@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Wait for our team to review your request. If your return is accepted, we will arrange a return pickup through our shipping partner, Shiprocket.

You will receive an SMS/Email notification regarding the pickup schedule. Please package the item securely in its original packaging. A Shiprocket delivery executive will pick up the package directly from your address.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Refunds & Rejections
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund.

If Approved: Your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. (Please note your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the transaction).

If Rejected: If the item is found to be used, washed, damaged, or missing its original packaging/tags upon inspection, the refund will be rejected.

We will notify you via email with the reason for the rejection.

The item will be shipped back to you, and you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the incorrect item was shipped.

If you need to exchange a defective item for the exact same product, please contact us at pratyushsinghi6329@gmail.com with photos of the damage.
6. Shipping Costs

Defective or Incorrect Items: We will cover all Shiprocket return pickup costs if the error was on our end.

General Returns: You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs for returning an item due to a change of mind or incorrect sizing.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the Shiprocket return pickup fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.
